Our application form is easy to fill out on our website at masterfleet.com/careers or on indeed.com. We usually do a 5-minute phone screening conversation that results in an in-person 30-60 minute interview with one of our hiring managers. We don’t require a skills assessment but we do complete background checks. The entire process from submitting an application to a hiring decision averages 15 days.
